The Upper Crust will do it's best to create a custom menu and event proposal for you in a timely manner. However, the events we have immediately before us always take precedence, just as yours will when the date of your event arrives. Please allow a minimum of two business days for a proposal, with most responses completed within 24 hrs whenever possible.
